Unreleased - Czech national validation update
Czech filing preparation includes additional percentage, catastrophe and cash-flow checks from the newer CNB workbook. NV147.15 allows C0200 up to 1.5, and NV40.12 detects missing inputs.
Validation explicitly blocks submission while national exceptions or rule applicability remain unresolved. Historical exception text remains available in the retained evidence; passing the executable subset is not a complete national validation pass.
Unreleased - French national reporting for year-end 2026
French filings for 31 December 2026 use ACPR RAN-ENS 1.8.1, including NACE 2.1 tenant-sector reporting in FR.30.01. Earlier periods retain 1.8.0. Existing unexported filings for 31 December 2026 or later migrate to 1.8.1 and return to draft for fresh validation and approval. Original values are retained. Previous tenant NACE values are held for reference and require a new NACE 2.1 selection for every remaining tenant row before export. Deleted rows no longer leave an unresolved requirement; renamed rows still require a valid selection. Reopening an older exported filing upgrades its working forms and requires fresh validation and approval. Exported filings remain unchanged until reopened; their immutable snapshots always remain intact. Imports and exports check the applicable release and reject mismatched forms. This update remains paired with EIOPA 2.8.2 and does not enable French national reporting under EIOPA 2.10.0 or remove submission evidence requirements.
Unreleased - National authority review findings
Coverage and 2027 filing setup now show national-authority research findings, review dates and official sources separately from legal evidence. A recent review does not clear overdue legal evidence or unblock submission when implementation evidence is incomplete.
Unreleased - EEA readiness evidence
Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway now use their recorded EEA incorporation observation for the evidence date and refresh deadline. The 15 October review records a draft Joint Committee Decision; authority packaging and submission readiness remain blocked. EU notification evidence retains its existing dates where a refresh could not be verified.
Incomplete or malformed partner import previews are rejected before they can be applied. Ask the partner to generate a new preview from the source data.
Unreleased - Organization deletion without an export
Authorized customers can request operator-assisted organization deletion without receiving an export. The request requires independent verification; retention duties, financial archives, artifact checks and backup expiry still apply. The deletion receipt records which instruction was followed.
Unreleased - Free Solvency II tools
Checking an unfinished workbook lists empty required worksheets and missing or mismatched reporting currency before XBRL generation. These preparation results contain no XBRL or validation report. Correct the workbook or selection and rerun.
The free workbook includes the SolvencyBridge logo and links to the website and conversion/validation tool. The download uses revision qrs-282-en-v2.
The free workbook protects headers and technical cells while keeping prepared inputs editable. Basic number, whole-number and date checks allow blanks and preserve exact amounts entered as decimal-point text across regional settings. To add repeating rows beyond the 25 prepared rows, unprotect the sheet without a password and copy only editable input cells, starting at column B. Copying whole rows also copies hidden keys and prevents import. Online validation is still required; spreadsheet checks do not evaluate EIOPA business rules.
The current free workbook keeps its worksheet navigation links when saved in LibreOffice as .xlsx and can be uploaded again without a false structure error.
Prepare an English fixed QRS 2.8.2-hotfix workbook, convert it and check XBRL separately, with localized controls and on-page guidance.
Conversion requires explicit report details, applicability and confirmation that monetary amounts originated in the reporting currency. National and ECB extensions, T.99, custom spreadsheet mapping and currency-conversion evidence intake are excluded. All findings remain available without an email.
Results distinguish failed validation from checks not completed. Temporary reports can be deleted and expire 15 minutes after submission. A generated candidate or passed checks do not establish filing readiness or acceptance.
Recognized missing-value and sum findings show short explanations, cell references and reported amounts. Original diagnostics remain expandable; unsupported explanations are explicitly identified for specialist review.
Results include optional, separate forms for free-tool updates and a contact request. Updates require email confirmation and offer unsubscribe; requesting contact does not subscribe you. Neither form sends files or validation findings. Older unsubscribe links keep working during routine updates, but a link can be disabled for security reasons. If a link is unavailable, request withdrawal through the Privacy page contact without signing in or subscribing again.
The free converter no longer asks for an exchange-rate source. Its currency declaration still requires amounts originally in the reporting currency; converted amounts and foreign-currency breakdowns remain unsupported.
Upload the workbook first to review entered-value counts and worksheet suggestions. Populated sheets are included; empty sheets require an explicit choice. Include empty sheets to check unfinished work without declaring them inapplicable, or confirm that the remaining empty sheets do not apply. No decision explanation or rule reference is needed.
Choose the reporting currency from a searchable list of codes and names. The workbook can suggest its stated reporting currency, but you still confirm that no amounts were converted. Replacing the file resets the worksheet and currency confirmations while preserving the other report details in the current tab.
Unreleased - National forms in the common workbench frame
National forms now use the same toolbar as EIOPA templates: Next missing jumps to the next empty entry cell, the cell count shows progress when the whole form is on screen, and Save draft saves without waiting for autosave. After a failed save, the same button offers Try again.
The workspace header and the national-form list show the authority's form title where the source publishes one. A national form no longer shows the title of an EIOPA template.
Opening a national form no longer shows Unsaved changes before anything has been edited, and the saved time now stays visible after an autosave.
Unreleased - Easier-to-scan Problems and Filing utilities panels
Problems now lists validation findings first, as one compact list grouped by root cause. Each finding shows its row and column codes and an Open affected cell action without being expanded. Early data-quality preflight, Validation rule controls, and Operational metrics follow the findings as expandable rows.
An expanded finding keeps the explanation, values, source, and dependencies in view; the exact cell identifier, dimensions, unit, period, and taxonomy are under Exact evidence.
Filing utilities shows Filing health and Filing overview and next actions side by side on wide screens, with the same compact action buttons.
On phones, the bottom panel now covers the whole screen instead of leaving part of the reporting grid visible behind it. Open affected cell closes the panel and reveals the selected cell.
Unreleased - A clearer reporting grid
A selected-cell bar above fixed-row and ordinary open-row EIOPA grids shows the active cell's row and column codes, full labels, required, calculated or read-only state, its validation finding, and, for fixed-row grids, any prior-period value. Apply a prior-period value from the bar with Use prior-period value; it is still never applied automatically.
Row groups appear as shaded bands with their items indented in a single fixed label column, so phones and narrow windows show reporting values beside the labels. Cells keep one height: findings, suggestions, and review notes show a compact marker in the cell. Select the marker to read the full finding or review note; the selected-cell bar also summarizes the active finding.
Empty numeric cells no longer show a 0.00 placeholder, so a blank cell is not mistaken for a reported zero.
The Prepare, Validate, Review, and Export phases sit beside the template name. The table toolbar groups navigation, undo and redo, completion, save state, and Save draft; entry shortcuts open from the keyboard button.
Unreleased - Read and edit large numeric values
Number fields retain edits when a form is submitted while the page is still loading. Moving to another field keeps focus there when data refreshes. Malformed or incomplete optional numeric entries must be corrected or cleared before submitting a form.
Reporting templates, supported national forms, currency evidence, IRRD values and rates, comparison thresholds, and numeric count and limit fields group thousands and use your interface language's decimal separator. Numeric bounds and whole-number requirements remain in force; formatting does not round amounts or change their unit or scale.
Unreleased - Faster entry in templates with Z-axis dimensions
Open-row EIOPA templates offer All rows and By dimensions views of the same reporting facts. Search countries and dimension options, continue into new rows with the keyboard, and repeat dimensions without copying countries or amounts.
Monetary column headers in both contextual views show the filing’s reporting currency beside the field label; original-currency fields remain distinct. Enter full amounts, without scaling to thousands or millions.
Valid spreadsheet pastes into empty cells apply immediately; changing existing values requires one overwrite preview. Invalid or protected destinations block the entire paste, and the limit remains 500 rows per paste.
Fixed-matrix templates keep their layout with searchable dimension selectors. Pending saves complete before changing combinations; failed saves retain entered values for retry. Corrected entries are used when retrying a rejected save, and keyboard selection confirms the highlighted dropdown option.
Unreleased - Inspect source files before mapping
Analysing a mapping source accepts business column names without reporting a connection failure because standard import headers are absent. File and layout problems remain visible; mapping tests and import approval are still separate steps.
Unreleased - Updated subscription pricing
Core is EUR 15,000 per year or EUR 1,500 per month. Group is EUR 30,000 per year or EUR 3,000 per month. Private Cloud starts at EUR 60,000 per year, with implementation and customer-specific infrastructure quoted separately. Prices exclude applicable VAT; plan allowances are unchanged.
Unreleased - Request a guided evaluation
The public enquiry form now asks for work email, organization and country or reporting authority, with one optional topic. We confirm supported scope and demonstrate the relevant workflow before agreeing a free 14-day trial where appropriate. Pricing trial links retain their selected plan. Sending the request does not activate a trial or book a meeting; entered values remain available after errors.
Unreleased - Keep imported-row edits saving
Editing an imported row while the filing refreshes no longer leaves the change waiting indefinitely to save. Wait for Saved before reloading or leaving the form.
Unreleased - Validate large asset portfolios reliably
Large asset portfolios can complete point-by-point EIOPA checks without interrupting validation of other filings. Review and export still require current validation for the saved filing.
Unreleased - Complete currency evidence and retain reviewed waivers
Your saved analytics choice is respected while pages load, preventing the privacy-choice panel from briefly reappearing during navigation.
Saving reporting values remains available when the optional bulk currency-evidence fields are empty. A refreshed draft preserves pending autosaves and entered values.
Preparers can draft missing original-currency declarations together for a template when its amounts share one original currency and source evidence. Existing declarations are preserved; review and save the drafts before export.
Filing-specific waivers remain effective for the exact reviewed data after approval and export. Reopening or requesting changes requires a new decision for a changed revision.
An approved export can be retried after a failed or cancelled attempt without restarting an active export or replacing a completed artifact.
Quarterly XBRL export respects confirmed exclusions from other modules, allows repeated natural business keys, and includes an identical business fact only once when it is displayed in several views of the same report. Conflicting facts and missing reported units still block export.
Unreleased - Edit imported rows and resolve scoped validation findings
Imported open-table records now appear as numbered editable rows. Saving an edit keeps the original record identity instead of creating another position; failed saves preserve entered values for retry.
Retained EIOPA validation uses the filing's reporting module, official row and column scopes, fact dimensions, and optional-field fallbacks. Quarterly filings no longer show an annual comparison that EIOPA explicitly deactivates for that module. Malformed reported values and genuine missing dependencies remain findings.
NBS Sii (OFC) 16-04 no longer compares MCR amounts, ratios, and reconciliation rows with tier columns that those rows do not contain. Life, non-life, and total checks remain in force.
Unreleased - Confirm applicability in separate groups
Preparers can confirm required and non-applicable business-type schedules in separate groups without unresolved companion schedules blocking the save. Submission and approval still require the complete applicability assessment.
Unreleased - KNF-02 2027 reporting form
Polish solo supervisory filings for 2027 can use the official KNF-02 2027 form. Existing 2026 filings retain their 2026 source and review evidence. The 2027 form keeps the same 15 sections and cell layout, with updated official wording and legal references.
The KNF-02 JSON snapshot remains an internal audit artifact. An authority-native SNU package is still unavailable because KNF has not published its electronic payload and field-mapping contract.
Unreleased - Reuse a mapping source with different filters
A mapping can use the same source table in separate paths with different filters and destination rules. You no longer need a duplicate worksheet for each path. Test the complete mapping before submission; overlapping paths that produce the same destination cell still block import.
Graph destination cards now list their individual field mappings. Select one to open it in the mapping table; switching views keeps the selected field and pipeline. New Source steps wait for real worksheet columns instead of offering placeholder Cell and Amount choices.
Unreleased - Review privacy choices and account terms
Consented session replays show more fixed workspace headings and explanatory text. Account and filing data, form contents and editable text remain masked.
Mobile privacy choices now show the full analytics and session-replay explanation before you choose, with scrolling on short screens.
Account creation distinguishes draft-document acknowledgement from acceptance of published terms. If the documents change while you complete the form, your entries remain available while you review the refreshed documents and retry.
Unreleased - Control AI mapping for an organization
Organization administrators can enable or disable AI mapping suggestions in Organization settings. Platform approval and provider configuration are still required. Existing organizations start with AI mapping off until an administrator opts in. The mapping editor now distinguishes an organization choice from missing platform approval, and AI remains unavailable until all requirements are met. Raw sample values still require separate approval.
Unreleased - Preserve mapping choices and recover conflicting saves
Suggest matches fills only fields without a pending choice and preserves fields already mapped manually. Acceptance continues to include valid pending suggestions outside the current search.
A conflicting save offers Download JSON to preserve your current mapping and Reload latest, with a warning that reloading discards unsaved changes.
Test blockers announce their explanation without repeating recovery button labels. Save failures retain the nearby retry action.
Unreleased - Follow the mapping from source to submission
When changing a mapping’s source, you can choose a table detected in the analysed example file and inspect sample rows before using it. Manual worksheet row settings remain available under Advanced tools. Review the retained field rules and run Test after switching tables.
The Shape step now explains how worksheet rows or columns become records. It shows sample rows from the selected example file and offers a detected layout when analysis is reliable; you choose whether to apply it and can still change the identifying column.
The Control step now explains that count checks compare mapped records, which may differ from worksheet rows. You can set an allowed difference, remove redundant checks, and see when required counts conflict. New Control steps start with an optional check, so the initial zero count cannot block an import.
The mapping editor now opens an empty draft at Source and a populated draft at Map fields. Map fields and Review use the same field table; Review highlights fields that still need attention and unused source columns. The table is the default view, with Graph and JSON under Advanced tools.
When connecting steps in Graph, compatible anchors highlight while you drag. The canvas explains when no valid destination is available.
Choosing a source column for a destination field updates the draft immediately and supports Undo. Bulk and AI suggestions wait for explicit acceptance, remain available across searches and stages in the current session, and are checked again before acceptance.
Destinations that need context can now be selected from the same field table as other destinations. Choosing a source column creates the field and opens its context controls, with the required dimension codes already filled in. Each dimension can use a source column or fixed value, and the editor explains that context is shared by the destination group. Full taxonomy member selection is not yet available.
After analysing a source file, the Source stage waits for a starter mapping before offering the Map fields action. Draft validation lists invalid calculated fields separately, so each field can be corrected in place.
Filing import still supports inline mapping review. After saving, Open mapping opens the exact saved revision, including older Revision 0 mappings.
Unreleased - Clearer mapping validation and review
A draft can show several independent validation issues together, with a field or step link when that target is still present. Test failures identify source, mapping, or control problems and keep the input available for correction.
Reviewers can request changes in an in-product dialog, and review and activation actions use the revision currently displayed. A fixed context value stays fixed when edited.
Unreleased - Reach mapping tests and recover after reload
Test and review now opens the mapping test controls from either guide button. The test section has its own CSV, Excel, and ODS file picker, so preparers can select a source again after reloading.
When Test is unavailable, the editor identifies missing inputs, pending or failed saves, and validation issues. The validation action opens the issues panel.
Mapping history names each numbered revision, test times use the selected interface language, and destination choices remain available while changing the search.
Unreleased - Consistent national-form editing
National fixed and repeating tables now use the common spreadsheet editor, including rectangular selection, keyboard navigation, and multi-cell copy and paste. Repeatable tables keep their add, duplicate, and remove actions beside the rows, including when the table scrolls horizontally.
Structured national-form values now autosave consistently without a second routine save button. A failed autosave keeps the entered values and offers a localized Try again action.
Interface-owned yes/no and section labels now follow the selected interface language. Official authority labels remain in their retained source language unless a reviewed localized authority catalog is available.
Unreleased - Verify public reporting deadlines at the source
The public Solvency II reporting calendar now links directly to every retained authority calendar used for a published date and no longer exposes technical file hashes.
Verified 2026 solo and group schedules now cover Austria, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, and Slovenia. Luxembourg's separate reinsurance calendar is also linked. Italy remains clearly marked as pending because the retained supervisory letter refers to deadline tables that are not included in that document.
National schedules that match the EU baseline are confirmed alongside their official source without repeating the same deadline table. Only genuine authority differences are expanded as dated exceptions.
Unreleased - Open selected filing forms
Manage templates now offers EIOPA templates from the filing’s reporting module, preventing selections that cannot open a worksheet.
Filing navigation now labels the EIOPA section, reports the editable form count, and identifies older selected templates that have no worksheet in the filing’s reporting module.
Included national forms remain accessible when no EIOPA template is required.
The NBS ANU 42-04 editor now shows English form and field labels in the English interface while preserving the official Slovak labels in Slovak. The product-type field is identified as an IS ŠZP code; exact permitted values still depend on the authenticated portal code list.
Structured national-form drafts can be saved again. National values are now persisted through their authority-specific validation path instead of being incorrectly rejected for lacking an EIOPA taxonomy table.
National editors now honor the field types already present in retained authority sources. MNB dates and country or currency codes, FMA dates and enumerations, NBS dates, countries, yes/no values, email and phone fields, and national XBRL or BaFin booleans now use matching controls instead of generic text boxes. Codes remain free text when the public authority source does not provide the permitted list.
Filing phase controls and the supporting activity panel now stay synchronized. Review and Export are no longer duplicated as independent activity tabs, and Export opens its tools when a national form is selected.
The template manager now identifies EIOPA templates that have no editable worksheet in the filing before you try to add them. Template updates show pending state and visible success or failure feedback at the top of the manager instead of leaving messages below the template list.
2026-09-10 - Preserve rapid EIOPA edits
A newly created filing with no required template yet now opens template applicability directly, so preparers can choose the filing scope instead of being left on an empty reporting-definitions screen.
Editing several EIOPA cells while an earlier autosave finishes no longer lets the earlier refresh restore old values. The newer changes remain visible and are included in the following save.
National-form save failures now appear beside the editor and in a prominent workspace notification. Older invalid NBS values remain visible for correction and no longer prevent unrelated draft changes from being saved; submission still requires valid values.
NBS monetary columns and amount inputs now show EUR, including in accessible field names, so preparers do not need to infer the reporting currency.
KNF amount inputs now show PLN. BaFin and national XBRL monetary inputs show the saved fact currency or the filing reporting currency before entry.
Cyprus ICCS fund-name fields accept text as required by the official workbook, and existing numeric values remain visible in ICCS inputs so they can be corrected. Swedish free-text cells no longer request a numeric keyboard.
The public filing-scope form now completes its server submission instead of showing a page-level error when a visitor sends a request.
2026-09-09 - Keep editing national forms while saving
National-form fields remain editable while a draft save runs. Changes made during that request are queued into the next revision, and the saved values remain visible when the filing refreshes.
NBS structured forms now restrict monetary, decimal, percentage, and integer cells to numeric input. Draft saves also check those types against the pinned NBS definition, so text cannot be persisted in an amount cell.
2026-09-09 - Scroll the filing assistant normally
The filing assistant side panel now responds consistently to mouse-wheel and touchpad scrolling, including when the pointer is over the chat transcript.
2026-09-09 - Clear reporting selections
Clearing a reporting dropdown now keeps the cell blank after saving, instead of showing its previous selection again. This applies to fixed and open-table rows; required-field validation still applies.
2026-09-09 - Find Excel sources faster
Search worksheet labels across an uploaded workbook, including hidden sheets, and filter worksheet names. Move between every populated area with Previous area and Next area.
Review suggested numeric sources beside matching fact labels. Suggestions require confirmation and do not infer customer terminology, reporting years, multipliers or sums; preview and apply remain explicit steps.
2026-09-09 - Choose approved IRRD source values
Select approved filing values by their table, row, column, and value instead of entering internal cell references. Approval choices show their reporting period, approval time, and revision.
Imported source references are read-only. Approved values and dates come from the selected source; group plans show source cells available in every member's approved snapshot. Manual preparation remains separate from formal review.
2026-09-09 - Find and verify Excel sources
Jump to populated worksheet areas using nearby labels. Check selected ranges immediately, including off-screen cells, and see invalid source locations before accepting a selection.
Reopen saved mappings with their source cells highlighted. Compare retained source labels when reusing a mapping; older mappings clearly indicate when no label comparison is available. Existing value previews and workbook-change confirmation still apply.
2026-09-09 - Map Excel values visually
Browse uploaded worksheets and select visible cells instead of typing cell addresses. Click one value or select a column sum with two clicks, Shift-click, or keyboard navigation.
Navigate rows and columns throughout the workbook, inspect saved mapping locations, and replace or remove a source selection. Formula and merged cells remain unavailable for import; preview and approval checks still apply.
2026-09-09 - Select evidence documents
Upload PDF, XLSX or CSV evidence documents up to 20 MiB and select them for IRRD supporting references, authority decisions, and FX sources. Documents are shared within the organization and available for download and renewal plans.
Resolve or waive filing exceptions by selecting an uploaded filing attachment and recording the relevant location. File integrity is checked automatically; users do not enter checksums.
Existing recorded IRRD evidence can be retained unchanged. Uploading a document does not establish authority acceptance or replace independent approval.
2026-09-09 - Excel values for IRRD drafts
Upload XLSX workbooks into solo IRRD drafts, map cells or column sums, and preview changes before applying. Save named mappings for reuse and confirm changed workbook layouts.
Inspect the original workbook, checksum, source cells, and mapping revision. Concurrent plan or mapping changes require a fresh preview.
Imports remain draft preparation data and cannot supply the approved source required for formal review. Group plans and automated ingestion are outside this workflow.
2026-09-08 - IRRD monitoring, reviews, and renewal
Inspect active plans for stale sources, pending or failed evaluations, and failed notifications.
Set review dates, owners, and escalation intervals. Due reviews and unacknowledged triggers appear as in-app reminders; this workflow does not send external messages.
Create a linked renewal draft from approved evidence and inspect changed sections. Monitoring moves to the replacement only after independent approval; unresolved earlier triggers remain available.
Edit multiple scenarios, actions, and source-fact effects, with explicit action selections and dependencies for each scenario.
2026-09-08 - IRRD action dependencies and trigger delivery
Scenario results exclude actions whose prerequisites or dependencies are unavailable within the selected horizon, including indirect dependencies. Recalculate draft plans to apply the correction; approved evidence packs remain unchanged.
Trigger notifications recover from interruptions during notification preparation while preserving the original detection time and acknowledgement deadline.
Monitoring now reaches all enabled approved plans in portfolios with more than 500 plans.
2026-09-08 - Follow-up questions and mapping context
Ask follow-up questions using the latest six exchanges for the selected field, or clear the conversation to start again. Only the latest proposal can be applied; conversation history is not saved with the mapping.
The assistant can now use destination identifiers, filter columns and operators, and layout settings. The sharing notice explains the expanded context. Source rows, filter values, value-rule constants, lookup entries, and row aliases remain excluded; text entered in questions is shared.
2026-09-08 — Keep mapping proposals while drafting
Draft a follow-up question without losing the current mapping proposal or edits to it. The proposal remains paired with the question that produced it.
Switching to a different mapping clears the prior mapping's proposal, including when both mappings belong to the same filing.
2026-09-08 - Consistent assistant conversations
Mapping questions now appear with their answers in a conversation above the question box. Press Enter to send or Shift+Enter for a new line in either assistant.
Sending is blocked while a question is being answered, and failed requests retain the question for retry. Existing data-sharing choices and explicit proposal application still apply.
2026-09-08 - Guided destination mapping and source reuse
Start from reporting fields, assign source columns beside them, and apply selected exact-match suggestions after review. The guide points to unresolved fields and full-file testing. Resizing the editor preserves unapplied destination choices.
Compare source values with results, build arithmetic rules from two columns, and add lookup pairs without entering their syntax. Calculations correctly recognize column names containing closing brackets or backslashes. Assistant shortcuts prepare editable requests.
Reuse an existing mapping with a newly previewed source and inspect missing, added, or renamed columns before applying the binding. Rules remain editable and the new file must be tested.
2026-09-08 - Clearer mapping setup and assistant availability
Blocked setup now explains how to correct duplicate or blank source headers and ambiguous workbook boundaries. The selected workbook range is visible before creating steps.
AI controls explain when the assistant is not configured or not enabled for the organization, before a request is made.
Calculated mappings in pivoted workbooks can use logical fields such as gross and ceded amounts without requiring additional direct-copy outputs.
2026-09-08 - Review mapping fields by source
Creating connected steps in an empty draft now opens the generated fields immediately. Existing drafts bring the append or replace choice into view.
The selected source file stays available for testing when you leave source setup to edit the mapping table or canvas.
On small screens, mapping fields appear as stacked entries with the editor and review status visible within the screen width.
Filter outputs by source and review state, confirm individual fields, and explicitly map or ignore unused source columns. Relevant mapping changes make confirmed fields need review again. Confirmation does not approve a revision.
Collapse confirmed pipelines while working on unfinished ones. Layout and review annotations preserve matching test evidence. Valid autosaves no longer show an issues state merely because the issues list is empty.
2026-09-08 - Ask for help with a mapping field
Ask the mapping assistant to explain a rule or propose source, calculation, conversion, and destination changes. Review, edit, accept, or reject the proposal before it changes your draft. Source rows and configured lookup or constant values are excluded. Organization AI enablement is required; testing and approval remain separate steps.
2026-09-08 - Arrange and connect mapping steps
Arrange pipeline steps into compact rows without shrinking boxes into an unreadable strip, insert compatible connected steps, and connect existing steps from a selector. Connection choices prevent branches and merged inputs that the mapping engine cannot run.
2026-09-08 - Inspect mapping samples and unfinished destinations
See transformed sample values beside each field and move through unassigned destinations with a remaining count. Samples help explain a field's result; full-revision testing remains required before approval.
2026-09-08 - Build connected mapping steps from your source
Select a source table, reporting template, and fields to create connected mapping steps. Reporting cells remain unassigned until you choose them. Detected tables and suggestions remain available when import errors need a mapping to resolve them.
2026-09-08 - Find mapping destinations by name
Search the selected filing’s reporting templates and fields by name or code, inspect the field type, and explicitly apply a destination from either editor view. Repeating rows ask for a source record key, and contextual destinations retain the need to review their dimensions before testing.
2026-09-08 - Guided mapping setup
New mappings start with your source file instead of an example pipeline. Move between source setup, destination mapping, and testing with explicit stage controls. Reviewed starter pipelines open in the mapping table.
2026-09-08 - Map fields in a table or pipeline
Use the mapping table to edit an output’s value rule and destination together, then switch to its pipeline without losing changes.
Source-field choices follow the connected pipeline, keeping columns from unrelated sheets out of the selection.
2026-09-08 - Undo mapping draft edits
Mapping drafts now provide Undo and Redo for editing mistakes, including deleted steps and connections, during the current editor session. Changed mappings still need testing before submission for approval.
2026-09-08 - Form validation and retry recovery
Recovery-plan lists keep wide tables inside their own scroll area on small screens, including approved plans.
Reporting settings and recovery-plan content show field-level validation feedback and retain entered values when a save fails. Settings prevent authority-profile changes and applying lookup results while saving.
2026-09-08 - Keyboard navigation for workspace tabs
Mapping editor and recovery-plan bottom-panel tabs now support Arrow keys, Home, and End for focus movement, followed by Enter or Space to activate the selected tab. Screen readers can identify the associated panel.
2026-09-07 - Recovery-plan inputs use spreadsheet grids
Source facts now appear as rows in one spreadsheet grid, keeping each value, unit, canonical source cell, observation date, and source reference together. Readable fact names replace internal identifier-style labels.
Source-fact and threshold grids now use the filing grid's cell selection: select ranges with Shift or drag, then copy, paste, or clear them together. Enter starts editing; Tab and Enter move between cells while editing.
Management-action confirmation checksums are now generated by SolvencyBridge from the confirmed action record instead of being entered by preparers.
2026-09-07 - Filing tables fit the available workspace
Selecting Official finding from a filing cell now opens that exact issue in Problems, including findings recalculated from unsaved grid values.
Create filing cycle now follows the width of its own panel, stacking controls and wrapping derived details before they collide in narrow layouts.
The filing editor keeps Save draft as its labelled primary action and presents navigation, history, validation, and utility actions as compact icon buttons with accessible names and tooltips.
Reporting portfolio is now the single rail destination for the filing list and filing-cycle controls.
Filing grids use the full editor width without reserving an empty assistant rail. Reporting-item labels remain beside their editable values.
Nested expense rows in S.05.01.01.01 stay aligned with their reporting columns, including when a parent reporting item also contains values.
Non-applicable cells use a subtle diagonal pattern instead of a large cross, making wide reporting tables easier to scan.
The mapping workspace fills the available screen height, keeping its status bar at the bottom even when the list contains only a few mappings.
The filing table toolbar now shows one clear Save draft action and wraps its controls when side panels or a narrow window reduce the available width.
Reporting-item labels now remain visible with their header while wide tables scroll horizontally, without leaving an empty strip beside the template panel.
2026-09-07 - Special source filings open without an application error
Approved source-only filings used by recovery-planning workflows now open normally when they contain no applicable Solvency II reporting tables.
Recovery-planning source records no longer appear as ordinary filings in the reporting portfolio or filing list.
The filing retains its pinned taxonomy evidence without loading unrelated table definitions.
2026-09-07 - Mapping steps stay visible while editing
Populated mapping pipelines no longer lose their visible steps after canvas updates. Selecting or adding a step brings it into view and opens its settings.
The desktop step list starts open, and the editor explains how to connect steps from source to destination. Adding a step does not connect it automatically.
Create draft now opens an editable copy of active mappings imported before revision governance was enabled.
2026-09-07 - Workspace navigation uses one compact activity bar
App categories and filing-specific tools now share the same compact icon bar on the left. The separate expanded product panel has been removed, leaving more width for reporting tables and mapping work.
Filing headers now concentrate on the open entity, period, and contextual controls instead of repeating product navigation and account actions.
Hovering or focusing an icon shows its label. The mobile workspace continues to expose the same destinations in its navigation sheet.
The activity bar now shows one selected destination at a time. Bottom-panel tabs stay on one line and scroll horizontally when the window is narrow.
2026-09-06 - Signed-in work now shares one workspace navigation
A persistent left navigation connects Reporting portfolio, Filings, Mapping workspace, recovery plans, and the settings or administration areas available to each user.
Reporting portfolio focuses on work requiring attention. Filings contains the complete cross-organization portfolio and filing setup and recovery controls.
Returning to an area resumes its last open document or list in the current browser tab. Switching away from a filing or mapping waits for queued edits to save and keeps the current workspace open when saving fails.
Help opens separately so users can consult guidance without replacing their active work. Navigation availability continues to follow organization roles, platform-administrator access, and controlled IRRD enablement.
2026-09-05 - Filing-scope requests can be sent from the website
Prospective customers can send a bounded filing-scope request directly to the SolvencyBridge contact inbox. Required scope is separated from optional workload details, and a failed send preserves the form for retry.
When a scoping calendar is configured, visitors can open the separately hosted English Calendly booking page. No form details are forwarded to it.
2026-09-03 - Feedback includes reviewed visual context
Feedback now lives in workspace headers and menus instead of floating over the work area.
Opening it captures the visible workspace and shows a preview. Users can remove the image, replace it by drag-and-drop or file selection, and must explicitly confirm that they reviewed it before it can be sent. PNG, JPEG, and WebP images up to 4 MB are supported.
2026-09-02 - Filing workspaces stay compact and explain problems clearly
Home and mapping routes now show loading layouts that match the workspace being opened, reducing layout movement while navigation completes.
Portfolio values use bounded wrapping, and validation text inside reporting cells is reduced to one deduplicated summary. The value editor now fills the cell, while that summary and suggestion or review actions use a compact, unboxed metadata row beneath it. Selecting the summary opens the complete explanation and can navigate to the exact Problems item without covering a date-picker or select control or shifting the reporting workspace.
Structured NBS, catalog, Nordic, and BaFin editors use consistent compact spacing and keep their content inset from the workspace edges. Empty NBS context fields can inherit the reporting entity name, national identifier, and filing period end; entered values remain authoritative.
Reporting-entity settings identify the official national company-register route for each supported profile. Bounded exact lookup is available when the official register provides an anonymous API; other profiles open the official search instead. A selected match is retained with source and administrator-decision evidence.
Long EIOPA finding text no longer creates a horizontal scrollbar in the filing workbench. Validation rows stay within the resizable sidebar while the full finding remains available in the Problems panel.
The filing workbench bottom panel can now be resized from its top edge with a pointer or keyboard. Its preferred height is retained with the other local workbench layout settings.
Mouse-wheel and trackpad scrolling now continue naturally from the filing assistant transcript into the surrounding assistant panel.
Open affected cell now switches to the correct template and treats the destination as a real grid selection: it scrolls the cell into view, focuses it, and applies the selected-cell state.
These presentation and defaulting changes do not expand validation coverage, change permissions, or prove that a filing is accepted by an authority.
2026-09-02 - New mappings now start with the guided source workflow
A new empty mapping opens the source-file starter instead of leaving the preparer in an empty pipeline designer. Manual step controls now identify themselves as add actions, and selecting an existing step on a narrower screen opens its settings instead of appearing to do nothing. The mapping explorer now stays focused on its selected view, with mapping, source-file, and revision views available as labelled icons in the left rail. Pipeline navigation remains beside the graph and describes steps without generated internal identifiers. Source-file previews no longer make the pipeline designer scroll sideways when file names or workbook details are long. The explorer, selected-step inspector, and bottom panel are now resizable and closable, with a status-bar focus action that gives the pipeline the full work area and restores the prior panel arrangement afterward.
2026-09-02 - Feedback works without leaving the workspace
Feedback now opens a native SolvencyBridge panel instead of a third-party overlay. Signed-in users can report something that is not working, a missing feature, or another product need without a separate vendor plan or account.
Reports are delivered to the SolvencyBridge product mailbox with the account email, current page, interface language, and product version.
2026-09-01 - Mapping and recovery-plan work is easier to track
The Mappings console now shows each workspace's exact workflow state, active revision, latest change, latest test, and next required action. Filters keep approved, active, retired, and changes-requested mappings distinct.
Mapping suggestions now show deterministic evidence explanations and destination-field labels in the selected interface language.
Recovery-plan progress, calculation evidence, scenario comparisons, and source details remain available while you work through the plan.
Trigger monitoring groups status and evidence filters around one event queue, making warnings, breaches, overdue actions, and their scope easier to review.
2026-08-30 - Problems and product needs can be reported in context
Signed-in users can open a private feedback control without leaving their workspace. Reports include the current page and product version so the team can distinguish a defect, support question, and missing capability.
Screenshots remain optional and must be checked before submission. The feedback control does not deliberately attach filing values, does not replace urgent support or incident channels, and does not promise roadmap delivery.
2026-08-30 - Registration has a dedicated address
Prospective users can now receive and open /register directly. Existing users continue to sign in at /login, and invitation links keep the intended organization invitation through either route.
2026-08-29 - Reporting edits show validation feedback immediately
Fixed-row EIOPA cells now show implemented cell, cross-cell, cross-template, prior-period, and formula-rule feedback from unsaved values while a preparer is editing, without waiting for autosave and a server validation round trip.
Saved full-filing validation remains authoritative and continues to run server-only national, attachment, readiness, and export checks.
2026-08-29 - Missing validation dependencies and rule controls are explicit
A cross-table rule with a missing dependency is now reported as not evaluated, including the missing cells and tables, instead of being treated as passed. Its configured error or warning severity is preserved.
Administrators can temporarily disable and re-enable a validation rule for editable filings on an exact taxonomy release. Preparers and administrators can request a filing-revision waiver, and the assigned reviewer can approve, reject, or revoke it.
A reason and evidence reference are required when weakening a rule. Effective exclusions remain visible in validation and export readiness, and approval snapshots retain the decisions used for that historical approval.
2026-08-24 - Exact national coverage is visible before a pilot
Teams can review supported countries and current taxonomy releases in the public coverage catalog before starting a pilot.
Missing, partial, or future-release coverage is not presented as currently supported. Controlled export still does not imply portal submission, receipt, or authority acceptance.
2026-08-23 - Start the Automation API in reporting workflows
The Automation API now includes maintained synthetic starters for Python, R, Julia, and JavaScript. They create a draft, stage facts for validation, and return safe findings for analysis in familiar tables or data frames.
Administrators and partners can now download each starter directly from the API guide, without needing a repository checkout.
The API reference now includes representative request examples and explains which /api routes are the supported versioned partner contract. The API still requires an authorized product user to review and confirm a prepared preview; it cannot apply, approve, lock, export, or submit a filing.
2026-08-23 - Header menus and filing guides stay accessible
Guide in a filing header now reliably opens its overview, preparation, review, and export tours. Each tour opens the relevant filing workspace section before it starts.
Portfolio actions and compact filing settings now open above surrounding header panels, with keyboard navigation, outside dismissal, and focus return.
2026-08-22 - Mapping pipelines and filing evidence share a workbench
Mapping workspace now keeps the mapping explorer, source-file review, pipeline editor, selected-step settings, test results, governance actions, and revision history in a compact workbench.
Imported-value evidence now opens the exact mapping revision used by a filing. It remains read-only until an authorized preparer or administrator explicitly creates a new draft from that revision.
These changes do not alter mapping permissions, required testing, approval, activation, existing filing values, or recorded lineage.
2026-08-22 - Consistent controls across filing templates
EIOPA and national forms now keep the same Prepare, Validate, Review, and Export navigation, save status, and Save draft action. Authority-specific export controls remain available only where applicable.
Open tables now let preparers select row numbers and clear every editable value in the selected non-empty rows. The clear is undoable, keeps the original regulatory row numbers as blank gaps, and never shifts later rows.
Filing panels, template lists, and grids now use their available space more reliably. Side panels reopen from the activity rail, template management keeps its close control visible, and explanatory tooltips remain visible near screen edges.
These changes do not alter permissions, applicability, validation scope, approval, export readiness, submission, receipt, or authority acceptance.
2026-08-22 - Filing review stays attached to the reporting grid
Review cells now show labelled markers for validation findings, material prior-period movements, explanation requirements, and source provenance. Selecting a marker opens the matching Problems, Review, or Evidence detail without leaving the selected grid.
Layout preferences now retain panel sizes and open panels in the browser. Focus hides secondary panels temporarily and restores the arrangement on exit; Reset layout returns the filing workspace to its defaults.
On smaller screens, a focused workspace menu drawer replaces the horizontal template carousel. This keeps the selected reporting table available while users choose a filing, template, or validation issue.
These improvements do not change filing permissions, validation scope, approval, export readiness, submission, receipt, or authority acceptance.
2026-08-22 - Structured national forms
Slovak NBS national forms now use the authority's labelled reporting fields, fixed matrices, and add-row tables instead of asking preparers to edit stored JSON values.
NBS applicability, conversion, reconciliation, and attachment evidence now appear as labelled fields, confirmations, and record cards. Empty evidence sections clearly state when no records have been added.
Hungarian MNB and Maltese MFSA workbook forms now present official input cells in a paged workspace. Austrian FMA and Spanish DGSFP DEC forms now present authority records as add-row forms instead of stored payloads.
Administrators can inspect a preserved historical payload in a collapsed, read-only diagnostic when a form cannot be represented safely. This does not grant preparers or reviewers access to raw filing data or provide an editing route.
The underlying validation, audit trail, snapshots, review requirements, and export boundaries are unchanged.
2026-08-22 - Start a mapping pipeline from a source file
Preparers can now select a target filing and upload a CSV, Excel, or ODS source directly in Mapping workspace. SolvencyBridge detects source tables and provides reviewable starter pipelines and destination suggestions.
You must confirm the included sheets and suggested mappings, then choose to append the prepared pipelines or explicitly replace the current draft graph. This never imports filing values or bypasses mapping review and approval.
Optional AI refinement remains subject to the organization’s data-sharing setting and is always a proposal for review.
2026-08-22 - Reporting grid stays central throughout filing work
Prepare, Validate, Review, and Export now keep the selected reporting grid in the central workspace. Findings, review evidence, export controls, history, and filing utilities open in bounded panels instead of extending the page.
The filing assistant now has labelled entry points in the table toolbar and activity rail. Workspace privacy settings are available from the header and no longer cover the compact status bar.
Validation identity and incomplete local-coverage notices now appear in Problems. A complete local catalog with no unsupported rules no longer shows a warning.
These layout changes do not change validation scope, review permissions, export readiness, submission, receipt, or authority acceptance boundaries.
2026-08-21 - Filing workbench keeps reporting context in view
Filing work now uses a compact workbench: choose Filings, Templates, or Validation from the activity rail while the selected reporting table remains in view.
A compact status bar shows the current table, save state, implemented validation counts, and filing workflow state. It opens bounded panels for findings, review material, edit history, and source evidence.
The filing assistant can be opened beside the grid and remains available as you move between tables during the current filing session. The status bar can temporarily collapse secondary panels and restore the standard workspace arrangement.
These workspace improvements do not change review permissions, required correction previews, export readiness, submission, receipt, or authority acceptance boundaries.
2026-08-18 - Reliable Excel templates and clearer sheet navigation
Generated Excel templates no longer trigger Excel recovery that could remove repeating-table worksheets, including S.06 asset forms.
Worksheet tabs now show the exact regulatory table code. The first Instructions sheet lists every code with its full form name and an Open sheet link, so long names remain readable and each form is directly accessible.
2026-08-17 - One place to manage filing templates
Preparers can search, filter, add, and remove both EIOPA templates and national authority forms from Manage templates in the filing navigation.
Removing a template requires a reason and excludes it from completion, validation, and export without deleting entered values or history. Adding it again restores the prior work.
National nil or not-filed status is available only where the authority form supports it. Populated forms must be cleared before that status can be used.
2026-08-16 - Privacy-masked usability recordings
When a user allows optional analytics, PostHog EU now records a masked replay of the session so product administrators can find hesitation, repeated actions, navigation loops, and other usability bottlenecks. All visible text, form contents, media, console logs, and network contents are excluded from the recording.
Existing analytics choices are requested again because the previous consent covered workflow measurements but not session replay. Rejecting or withdrawing analytics stops recording and resets the analytics identity in that browser; allowing it again resumes recording.
Optional analytics now records privacy-safe achievement markers when a user saves applicability or filing data, completes a relevant review step, approves a filing, or successfully generates an export. These markers help distinguish successful outcomes from screens that were merely opened; they do not include filing identifiers or filing contents.
Optional analytics also measures the path from selecting the public landing page registration link through opening, starting, completing, and submitting registration. Existing page-view analytics measures landing traffic without a duplicate landing milestone. A successful account creation is recorded as an achieved outcome, while a failed registration remains a separate funnel event. These events use only fixed source categories and yes/no plan or invitation context; names, email addresses, passwords, entered values, and redirect URLs are not sent. Query strings and URL fragments are removed from analytics and replay metadata.
2026-08-16 - Reliable guided tours
Filing Guide controls now wait for the selected task phase to become ready before opening the walkthrough, so selecting a Guide no longer appears to do nothing while phase-specific controls are still loading.
2026-08-16 - Filing tools stay within reach
A compact activity rail now keeps the filing assistant and validation findings visible beside the reporting grid. Preparers can open either tool without scrolling back to the top of the form; on smaller screens, the rail becomes a compact toolbar.
The filing assistant now adapts its header and actions to the available panel width, preventing long translated labels from overlapping or being clipped.
2026-08-16 - Help search closes after navigation
Selecting a Help search result now clears the search and closes its result list as the requested article opens.
Administrators no longer need to copy an internal filing ID to confirm a permanent deletion. The control now requires a clear acknowledgement that deletion cannot be undone and a specific deletion reason before it becomes available.
2026-08-16 - More reporting rows on screen
Reporting tables now use condensed spacing by default so more rows and columns remain visible on a regular screen. Users who prefer the roomier layout can switch off Condensed in the view options; their choice remains saved in that browser.
2026-08-16 - Spreadsheet-first filing entry
Prepare now opens with the reporting grid before health summaries and filing utilities, so preparers can begin data entry without scrolling past supporting panels. Health, guidance, applicability, imports, and reference-data tools remain available in collapsed sections below the grid.
Fixed and repeating tables now share spreadsheet selection and keyboard behavior. Preparers can select rectangular ranges, copy multiple cells, fill a range from one pasted value, preview rectangular pastes, and clear editable cells. Screen-local Undo and Redo controls and standard keyboard shortcuts now reverse and reapply manual edits, dropdown changes, prior-period reuse, pastes, and range clears. Protected and calculated cells are never changed by a range action, and the temporary edit history resets when the reporting screen, template, or context changes.
Next missing and Next issue now inspect the complete repeating table, including rows outside the visible scrolling window.
2026-08-16 - Complete language names
Language selectors now use each language's native name when a browser cannot provide a localized name. Maltese and Irish therefore appear as Malti and Gaeilge instead of the raw mt and ga codes.
2026-08-16 - Guided currency evidence
Preparers now add Article 2 conversion evidence, currency-origin declarations, and S.16.01 original-currency amounts through labelled form controls. Internal JSON fields and code-style category names are no longer required.
Empty sections say that no records have been added instead of displaying an empty JSON array. Existing evidence remains editable, and the system still records the confirming person and time when the section is saved.
Slovak, Czech, Hungarian, German, Polish, Spanish, European Portuguese, French, Italian, Romanian, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Greek, Maltese, Bulgarian, Croatian, Slovenian, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian Bokmål, Icelandic, and Irish users now see the complete guided currency workflow in natural local terminology. The workflow is therefore complete in every selectable interface language.
2026-08-16 - Filing Health
The filing portfolio and filing workspace now separate preparation progress from readiness. Five clearly explained areas cover data, validation, evidence, review, and export readiness.
A high preparation percentage cannot hide a blocker. Missing assessments are shown explicitly and keep the filing from showing Ready without being counted as zero.
Validation findings are grouped by reporting table, with the responsible role and a direct next action. Submission, receipt, and authority acceptance remain separate from Filing Health.
Portfolio rows now keep Filing Health compact: five small indicators, the blocker total, and only the highest-priority next action. Filing workspaces show three named blockers and summarize the remainder by health area instead of expanding into an unbounded list.
2026-08-16 - Account verification and recovery
New accounts are signed in when users confirm their email and continue to the workspace or invitation they originally opened. Expired verification links and incorrect credentials now provide a clear recovery path.
2026-08-16 - Safer filing values and public LEI evidence
Reviewer activity now uses a stable UTC timestamp, so the server-rendered review history no longer changes during browser hydration.
Validation now applies target-cell rules only when the target template is in the filing scope, and named EIOPA ISO date, country, language, and currency constraints are evaluated as real format rules. Unrelated entry-point rules no longer create false submission blockers.
Invalid numeric and open-table values are rejected before they can replace a saved filing fact. A failed save keeps the entered value available for correction without treating it as persisted.
Preparers with table-level restrictions now receive a clear denial when an import targets a restricted table; the rejected import does not change the filing.
GLEIF enrichment accepts the current public API jurisdiction field and retains evidence from approved official GLEIF API and bulk-data origins. Suggestions still require a user decision before changing filing values.
2026-08-16 - Editable filing tables and reliable Excel templates
Preparers can manage the filing's complete table inventory above the reporting grid. Marking a table required adds it to the working set and the next generated Excel template; marking it not applicable removes it while preserving any draft values in case the decision is reversed.
Generated Excel templates now use compatible repeating-table metadata to avoid the reported repair prompt. Dropdown rules cover each repeating input column once, and an unused repeating table opens with 25 ready-to-use blank rows. The instruction sheet now identifies the filing's EIOPA module alongside its entity, reporting period, and taxonomy.
Organization administrators can start permanent filing deletion directly from the filing portfolio. Exact filing-ID confirmation, a deletion reason, and the existing retention safeguards remain required.
2026-08-15 - Task-focused Help
Help now starts with common filing goals and groups guidance by what you need to accomplish. Search gives goal and outcome matches priority over detailed reference text.
Documented filing workflows now link to the relevant guidance in the active interface language without replacing or closing work in progress.
The Excel-import article includes an English, AI-narrated tutorial with captions and a complete transcript. Other interface languages continue to show the clearly labelled authoritative English Help fallback until their draft article and tutorial translations receive qualified review.
Signed-in users can leave value-safe article feedback. Platform administrators review it separately from assistant feedback.
2026-08-15 - Calendar product versions
Product releases now use YYYY.MONTH.RELEASE versions, starting with 2026.8.0. Regulatory taxonomy versions remain separate.
The Help header now shows the current product release version.
2026-08-13 - Task-focused workspaces
Filing work is separated into Prepare, Validate, Review, and Export phases. Each role opens in the phase most relevant to its work.
The filing portfolio prioritizes work needing attention and uses compact filing cards on narrow screens. Navigation and filing pages now fit mobile screens without horizontal page scrolling.
Recovery-plan drafts preserve unsaved fields when switching sections and show saved progress, the next incomplete section, and the last-save time.
Reviewers can see prior-period changes and evidence in the Review phase. Filing utilities and organization settings are grouped separately from filing work.
2026-08-12 - National Solvency II Review readiness
The coverage catalog now separates national legal implementation from taxonomy, validation, export, package, transport, signing, submission, receipt, and authority acceptance.
EU records distinguish officially notified measures from unobserved or unlisted evidence. Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway show EEA incorporation and national implementation separately.
Preparers may confirm a preparation-only boundary when creating a 2.10.0 filing with incomplete national evidence. This does not unblock export, authority packaging, or submission.
Enabled organizations can prepare solo and group recovery plans against the EU baseline, record proportionality, and retain group, FX, elimination, and source lineage. SolvencyBridge does not make eligibility claims.
Versioned scenarios and explicitly confirmed management actions produce baseline, pre-action, and post-action results. Missing feasibility evidence, invalid dependencies, unavailable effects, or stale scope data block approval.
Warning and breach events require a commented acknowledgement and resolution; a later normal result does not close an earlier event automatically.
Disabled organizations do not see IRRD navigation or receive IRRD notifications, while existing approved evidence remains preserved.
2026-08-12 - Visual import mappings
A new workspace supports reviewable CSV, Excel, and ODS mapping pipelines with filters, reshape rules, destination fields, reporting context, and controls.
Calculated outputs support decimal arithmetic with source columns and basic operators. They never run spreadsheet formulas, macros, functions, names, or arbitrary code.
Mapping revisions can be tested, reviewed, and activated without changing filing values during design or review.
2026-08-11 - Recovery-plan review controls
IRRD drafts retain undertaking, governance, and communication narratives plus an ORSA or liquidity-plan reference.
Submission for review is blocked until the required plan sections and current calculation are complete. Approved plans remain locked.
2026-08-11 - Solvency II Review 2027 transition
YE 2026 remains on EIOPA 2.8.2-hotfix package revision 3. Directive (EU) 2025/2 applies from 30 January 2027, and Q1 2027 reporting uses EIOPA 2.10.0.
Coverage information links to the official EUR-Lex source and does not claim Member State transposition, compliance, regulator approval, or current applicability of the 2027 framework.
2026-08-11 - Safer repeat-period imports and readiness evidence
Workbook recognition can distinguish safe layout changes from changes in meaning. Moved sheets or columns may be recognized, while structural or semantic changes still require review.
Mapping proposals identify changed destinations, controls, identities, and transformations. No proposal applies without explicit approval.
Submission readiness follows each authority profile. Slovakia NBS and Czech CNB require signing evidence in addition to taxonomy, validation, native export, and package evidence.
Coverage rows disclose when representative filing evidence is missing or stale instead of presenting a baseline listing as proof.
2026-08-10 - Governed IRRD calculations and approval
Insurer teams can create EU-baseline recovery plans, enter source facts, configure warning and breach thresholds, and calculate indicators across capital, liquidity, asset quality, profitability, market, macroeconomic, and operational families.
Results retain their formula, source facts, scenario changes, management actions, regulatory release, and calculation evidence. Missing, stale, conflicting, unconfigured, or unsupported inputs block approval.
Preparers submit an exact plan revision for independent review. Reviewers can return it with a required comment or approve and lock it.
Review-ready facts must come from an approved filing snapshot. Recovery-plan exports do not claim authority submission or acceptance.
2026-08-10 - Taxonomy migration review
Reviewers and administrators can create a successor filing on a newer installed release from the same taxonomy family.
The successor shows migration progress, changed, retired, and new forms, unresolved mappings and evidence, target validation, and review state.
Values and lineage carry forward only when reporting-cell meaning remains compatible. Changed or retired facts become explicit review items.
The source filing remains unchanged, target validation runs again, and human migration approval remains mandatory.
2026-08-10 - Imported-value lineage
Reviewers can expand an imported value to inspect its current validation state, related audit events, and available export evidence. These references do not imply authority acceptance.
2026-08-10 - Capability-specific coverage
Ready for submission means taxonomy, validation, native export, and package evidence are verified. Receipt and authority acceptance remain separate post-submission capabilities.
Coverage shows the blocker and evidence date for taxonomy, validation, export, package, transport, signing, submission, receipt, and authority acceptance separately.
Export success does not imply portal submission, receipt, or authority acceptance.
2026-08-10 - Account and import safeguards
Generated Excel workbooks include forms marked as reported in S.01.01 even when a stale applicability decision would otherwise omit them. The disagreement remains visible for resolution.
New accounts must verify their email address before signing in. Platform administrator access additionally requires an approved identity.
Bundle and bank-statement API failures no longer expose internal exception or storage details.
2026-08-09 - Create and validate drafts through the API
Sign-in, registration, service-account, and rejected-import feedback remains in the selected interface language.
Entity-scoped service accounts can discover permitted reporting entities and create configured draft filings. They cannot approve, lock, export, submit, or apply filing values.
Partners can upload up to 100,000 string or boolean facts in one payload and review import, preflight, and validation findings before a product user confirms changes.
API rate limits apply consistently per account and scope. Retry responses state when another request may be attempted.
2026-08-07 - Clear feedback while actions complete
Guided tours cover filing preparation, review, validation, readiness, export, portfolio setup, billing, and administration. Unavailable or unauthorized controls are skipped.
Actions show progress while work completes. If an action fails, entered data remains available for another attempt, and navigation shows progress while the destination opens.
2026-08-04 - Imports, data entry, and language support
Organization administrators can create expiring ingestion service accounts, view a credential once, and rotate or revoke it. Imported data remains a reviewable preview until an authorized user confirms it.
Import previews show early data-quality checks separately from blocking validation, including duplicate rows, incomplete row groups, control totals, and configured prior-period movements.
Editable filings can retrieve LEI and ISIN reference data for review. Source problems, ambiguity, conflicts, or stale evidence never change filing values automatically.
Language selectors display language names instead of two-letter codes. Validation findings, corrections, imports, comparisons, enrichment, and export-readiness guidance follow the active language across all 13 selectable locales while regulatory evidence remains exact.
EIOPA findings explain technical expressions as concrete cell relationships or format requirements. The original authority diagnostic remains available as evidence.
Data entry shows completion and autosave status, supports next-missing and next-issue navigation, accepts localized decimal separators, and previews pasted spreadsheet ranges before changing cells.
Reporting forms provide named checkpoints, version comparison, and validation-aware restore previews. Restoring an earlier state creates a new revision instead of rewriting history.
2026-08-03 - Validation and national coverage clarity
Validation messages explain the problem and suggest a next action beside the affected field. Exact authority diagnostics remain available for audit work.
Filing screens use consistent interface language across all 13 selectable languages while technical identifiers and regulatory evidence remain exact.
National taxonomy completion now follows the latest officially published and applicable requirements. Unpublished successor material is shown separately and does not inherit support claims from the common EIOPA taxonomy.
National terminology coverage improved for Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Malta, Slovenia, and Sweden. Check the coverage catalog for the supported release and remaining national package or export limitations.
NBS-SK coverage distinguishes supported national rules and forms from the still-partial native IS-SZP transport contract. Authenticated unit bindings, live submission, and authority acceptance are not implied.
Slovak working-day coverage now includes 2028. Later years remain blocked until source-backed calendars are available.
Excel imports handle empty worksheets, and generated templates use meaningful worksheet names and readable dropdown labels while preserving regulatory codes.
2026-08-01 - A calmer filing workspace
The reporting table now comes first, so work can begin without moving past secondary panels.
Validation findings open on demand and link directly to the affected field.
Filing status is clearer while validation is running.
2026-07-31 - More dependable day-to-day work
Imports wait for the refreshed filing before reporting completion.
Stale edits are explained as version conflicts instead of generic failures.
Filing guidance, contrast, keyboard behavior, and walkthrough accessibility were improved.
2026-07-30 - Plans and guided onboarding
Core supports up to five users and two reporting entities; Group supports up to fifteen users and five reporting entities.
Private Cloud is sized to the organization and includes a separately agreed deployment and support setup.
Core and Group can be billed monthly or annually. Private Cloud uses an annual contract.
Guided tours are available for the filing portfolio and filing workspace in every supported interface language.
2026-07-29 - Preparation, review, and onboarding
Teams can invite colleagues, reset passwords, remove access, and manage preparer, reviewer, administrator, and read-only roles.
Excel, CSV, ODS, EIOPA XBRL, and supported national XBRL can be previewed before changes are applied. Reusable mappings and source lineage support repeatable review.
Filing-specific Excel templates, validation findings, comments, approvals, exception handling, reviewer packs, and prior-period comparisons support work from preparation through sign-off.
EIOPA and GLEIF reference data can help check reporting entities and enrich asset identifiers without silently replacing filing values.
Backup, restore, organization exit, attachment scanning, and public-data controls are available for customer operations.
Guidance distinguishes creating an export, submitting it, receiving a receipt, and obtaining authority acceptance.
Help includes browser-based search, related tasks, breadcrumbs, and step-by-step navigation.
Review status
The Help Centre describes implemented product behavior. Common product guidance is not jurisdiction-specific regulatory advice; confirm filing decisions with your organization's approved process and the relevant authority instructions.
