Essential processing

SolvencyBridge uses essential cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security, language, display preferences, and remembering your privacy choice. These are required for the service to work.

Optional product analytics

If you allow analytics, we use PostHog Cloud EU to measure page usage and filing workflow milestones such as starting an import, saving a reporting form, submitting for review, approving, and exporting. We send an internal user identifier and operational metadata such as role, jurisdiction, step name, and result. We do not send names, email addresses, authority identifiers, uploaded files, form values, comments, or session recordings.

Analytics remains off until you opt in. You can change your choice at any time with the Privacy button. Rejecting or withdrawing consent stops capture and clears the analytics identity stored in this browser.

Error monitoring

We use Sentry for service security, reliability, and fault diagnosis. It is configured without default personal data or session replay. Error details may include technical context needed to diagnose a failure, but application form contents are not intentionally attached.
