Identity and scope

  • Organization: the access and administration boundary containing members, reporting entities, mappings, and filings.
  • Reporting entity: the undertaking or group identity for which a filing is prepared.
  • Filing cycle: one reporting entity, reporting period, due date, taxonomy, jurisdiction profile, applicability set, values, workflow, and evidence history.
  • Jurisdiction profile: implemented product configuration for a named authority process. It is not authority certification.

People

  • Administrator: configures access and filing setup and can perform controlled workflow actions.
  • Preparer: supplies and corrects reporting information.
  • Reviewer: independently or administratively reviews an assigned filing.

Content and controls

  • Applicability: the recorded decision about whether a template is required for this filing.
  • Validation finding: an implemented rule result requiring correction, explanation, or review.
  • Supporting evidence: a controlled attachment or record that supports a value, decision, or outcome.
  • Taxonomy version: the pinned reporting definition release used by a filing.
  • Package revision: an identifiable build or correction of packaged definitions or rules.

Delivery outcomes

  • Export: a generated artifact from a filing snapshot.
  • Submission: delivery of an exact artifact through the required channel.
  • Receipt: external acknowledgement of delivery or registration.
  • Authority acceptance: externally evidenced terminal acceptance under the authority process.
