Version 2026.8.1Administrator · Preparer · Reviewer · Read onlyReviewed 2026-09-03

2026-09-03 - Feedback includes reviewed visual context

  • Feedback now lives in workspace headers and menus instead of floating over the work area.
  • Opening it captures the visible workspace and shows a preview. Users can remove the image, replace it by drag-and-drop or file selection, and must explicitly confirm that they reviewed it before it can be sent. PNG, JPEG, and WebP images up to 4 MB are supported.

2026-09-02 - Filing workspaces stay compact and explain problems clearly

  • Home and mapping routes now show loading layouts that match the workspace being opened, reducing layout movement while navigation completes.
  • Portfolio values use bounded wrapping, and validation text inside reporting cells is reduced to one deduplicated summary. The adjacent finding control opens the complete explanation and can navigate to the exact Problems item.
  • Validation, suggestion, and review controls now occupy a dedicated field adornment area, so they do not cover date-picker or select controls.
  • Structured NBS, catalog, Nordic, and BaFin editors use consistent compact spacing. Empty NBS context fields can inherit the reporting entity name, national identifier, and filing period end; entered values remain authoritative.
  • Reporting-entity settings identify the official national company-register route for each supported profile. Bounded exact lookup is available when the official register provides an anonymous API; other profiles open the official search instead. A selected match is retained with source and administrator-decision evidence.
  • These presentation and defaulting changes do not expand validation coverage, change permissions, or prove that a filing is accepted by an authority.

2026-09-02 - New mappings now start with the guided source workflow

  • A new empty mapping opens the source-file starter instead of leaving the preparer in an empty pipeline designer. Manual step controls now identify themselves as add actions, and selecting an existing step on a narrower screen opens its settings instead of appearing to do nothing.

2026-09-02 - Feedback works without leaving the workspace

  • Feedback now opens a native SolvencyBridge panel instead of a third-party overlay. Signed-in users can report something that is not working, a missing feature, or another product need without a separate vendor plan or account.
  • Reports are delivered to the SolvencyBridge product mailbox with the account email, current page, interface language, and product version.

2026-09-01 - Mapping and recovery-plan work is easier to track

  • The Mappings console now shows each workspace's exact workflow state, active revision, latest change, latest test, and next required action. Filters keep approved, active, retired, and changes-requested mappings distinct.
  • Mapping suggestions now show deterministic evidence explanations and destination-field labels in the selected interface language.
  • Recovery-plan progress, calculation evidence, scenario comparisons, and source details remain available while you work through the plan.
  • Trigger monitoring groups status and evidence filters around one event queue, making warnings, breaches, overdue actions, and their scope easier to review.

2026-08-30 - Problems and product needs can be reported in context

  • Signed-in users can open a private feedback control without leaving their workspace. Reports include the current page and product version so the team can distinguish a defect, support question, and missing capability.
  • Screenshots remain optional and must be checked before submission. The feedback control does not deliberately attach filing values, does not replace urgent support or incident channels, and does not promise roadmap delivery.

2026-08-30 - Registration has a dedicated address

  • Prospective users can now receive and open /register directly. Existing users continue to sign in at /login, and invitation links keep the intended organization invitation through either route.

2026-08-29 - Reporting edits show validation feedback immediately

  • Fixed-row EIOPA cells now show implemented cell, cross-cell, cross-template, prior-period, and formula-rule feedback from unsaved values while a preparer is editing, without waiting for autosave and a server validation round trip.
  • Saved full-filing validation remains authoritative and continues to run server-only national, attachment, readiness, and export checks.

2026-08-29 - Missing validation dependencies and rule controls are explicit

  • A cross-table rule with a missing dependency is now reported as not evaluated, including the missing cells and tables, instead of being treated as passed. Its configured error or warning severity is preserved.
  • Administrators can temporarily disable and re-enable a validation rule for editable filings on an exact taxonomy release. Preparers and administrators can request a filing-revision waiver, and the assigned reviewer can approve, reject, or revoke it.
  • A reason and evidence reference are required when weakening a rule. Effective exclusions remain visible in validation and export readiness, and approval snapshots retain the decisions used for that historical approval.

2026-08-24 - Exact national coverage is visible before a pilot

  • Teams can review supported countries and current taxonomy releases in the public coverage catalog before starting a pilot.
  • Missing, partial, or future-release coverage is not presented as currently supported. Controlled export still does not imply portal submission, receipt, or authority acceptance.

2026-08-23 - Start the Automation API in reporting workflows

  • The Automation API now includes maintained synthetic starters for Python, R, Julia, and JavaScript. They create a draft, stage facts for validation, and return safe findings for analysis in familiar tables or data frames.
  • Administrators and partners can now download each starter directly from the API guide, without needing a repository checkout.
  • The API reference now includes representative request examples and explains which /api routes are the supported versioned partner contract. The API still requires an authorized product user to review and confirm a prepared preview; it cannot apply, approve, lock, export, or submit a filing.

2026-08-23 - Header menus and filing guides stay accessible

  • Guide in a filing header now reliably opens its overview, preparation, review, and export tours. Each tour opens the relevant filing workspace section before it starts.
  • Portfolio actions and compact filing settings now open above surrounding header panels, with keyboard navigation, outside dismissal, and focus return.

2026-08-22 - Mapping pipelines and filing evidence share a workbench

  • Mapping workspace now keeps the mapping explorer, source-file review, pipeline editor, selected-step settings, test results, governance actions, and revision history in a compact workbench.
  • Imported-value evidence now opens the exact mapping revision used by a filing. It remains read-only until an authorized preparer or administrator explicitly creates a new draft from that revision.
  • These changes do not alter mapping permissions, required testing, approval, activation, existing filing values, or recorded lineage.

2026-08-22 - Consistent controls across filing templates

  • EIOPA and national forms now keep the same Prepare, Validate, Review, and Export navigation, save status, and Save draft action. Authority-specific export controls remain available only where applicable.
  • Open tables now let preparers select row numbers and clear every editable value in the selected non-empty rows. The clear is undoable, keeps the original regulatory row numbers as blank gaps, and never shifts later rows.
  • Filing panels, template lists, and grids now use their available space more reliably. Side panels reopen from the activity rail, template management keeps its close control visible, and explanatory tooltips remain visible near screen edges.
  • These changes do not alter permissions, applicability, validation scope, approval, export readiness, submission, receipt, or authority acceptance.

2026-08-22 - Filing review stays attached to the reporting grid

  • Review cells now show labelled markers for validation findings, material prior-period movements, explanation requirements, and source provenance. Selecting a marker opens the matching Problems, Review, or Evidence detail without leaving the selected grid.
  • Layout preferences now retain panel sizes and open panels in the browser. Focus hides secondary panels temporarily and restores the arrangement on exit; Reset layout returns the filing workspace to its defaults.
  • On smaller screens, a focused workspace menu drawer replaces the horizontal template carousel. This keeps the selected reporting table available while users choose a filing, template, or validation issue.
  • These improvements do not change filing permissions, validation scope, approval, export readiness, submission, receipt, or authority acceptance.

2026-08-22 - Structured national forms

  • Slovak NBS national forms now use the authority's labelled reporting fields, fixed matrices, and add-row tables instead of asking preparers to edit stored JSON values.
  • NBS applicability, conversion, reconciliation, and attachment evidence now appear as labelled fields, confirmations, and record cards. Empty evidence sections clearly state when no records have been added.
  • Hungarian MNB and Maltese MFSA workbook forms now present official input cells in a paged workspace. Austrian FMA and Spanish DGSFP DEC forms now present authority records as add-row forms instead of stored payloads.
  • Administrators can inspect a preserved historical payload in a collapsed, read-only diagnostic when a form cannot be represented safely. This does not grant preparers or reviewers access to raw filing data or provide an editing route.
  • The underlying validation, audit trail, snapshots, review requirements, and export boundaries are unchanged.

2026-08-22 - Start a mapping pipeline from a source file

  • Preparers can now select a target filing and upload a CSV, Excel, or ODS source directly in Mapping workspace. SolvencyBridge detects source tables and provides reviewable starter pipelines and destination suggestions.
  • You must confirm the included sheets and suggested mappings, then choose to append the prepared pipelines or explicitly replace the current draft graph. This never imports filing values or bypasses mapping review and approval.
  • Optional AI refinement remains subject to the organization’s data-sharing setting and is always a proposal for review.

2026-08-22 - Reporting grid stays central throughout filing work

  • Prepare, Validate, Review, and Export now keep the selected reporting grid in the central workspace. Findings, review evidence, export controls, history, and filing utilities open in bounded panels instead of extending the page.
  • The filing assistant now has labelled entry points in the table toolbar and activity rail. Workspace privacy settings are available from the header and no longer cover the compact status bar.
  • Validation identity and incomplete local-coverage notices now appear in Problems. A complete local catalog with no unsupported rules no longer shows a warning.
  • These layout changes do not change validation scope, review permissions, export readiness, submission, receipt, or authority acceptance boundaries.

2026-08-21 - Filing workbench keeps reporting context in view

  • Filing work now uses a compact workbench: choose Filings, Templates, or Validation from the activity rail while the selected reporting table remains in view.
  • A compact status bar shows the current table, save state, implemented validation counts, and filing workflow state. It opens bounded panels for findings, review material, edit history, and source evidence.
  • The filing assistant can be opened beside the grid and remains available as you move between tables during the current filing session. The status bar can temporarily collapse secondary panels and restore the standard workspace arrangement.
  • These workspace improvements do not change review permissions, required correction previews, export readiness, submission, receipt, or authority acceptance boundaries.

2026-08-18 - Reliable Excel templates and clearer sheet navigation

  • Generated Excel templates no longer trigger Excel recovery that could remove repeating-table worksheets, including S.06 asset forms.
  • Worksheet tabs now show the exact regulatory table code. The first Instructions sheet lists every code with its full form name and an Open sheet link, so long names remain readable and each form is directly accessible.

2026-08-17 - One place to manage filing templates

  • Preparers can search, filter, add, and remove both EIOPA templates and national authority forms from Manage templates in the filing navigation.
  • Removing a template requires a reason and excludes it from completion, validation, and export without deleting entered values or history. Adding it again restores the prior work.
  • National nil or not-filed status is available only where the authority form supports it. Populated forms must be cleared before that status can be used.

2026-08-16 - Privacy-masked usability recordings

  • When a user allows optional analytics, PostHog EU now records a masked replay of the session so product administrators can find hesitation, repeated actions, navigation loops, and other usability bottlenecks. All visible text, form contents, media, console logs, and network contents are excluded from the recording.
  • Existing analytics choices are requested again because the previous consent covered workflow measurements but not session replay. Rejecting or withdrawing analytics stops recording and resets the analytics identity in that browser; allowing it again resumes recording.
  • Optional analytics now records privacy-safe achievement markers when a user saves applicability or filing data, completes a relevant review step, approves a filing, or successfully generates an export. These markers help distinguish successful outcomes from screens that were merely opened; they do not include filing identifiers or filing contents.
  • Optional analytics also measures the path from selecting the public landing page registration link through opening, starting, completing, and submitting registration. Existing page-view analytics measures landing traffic without a duplicate landing milestone. A successful account creation is recorded as an achieved outcome, while a failed registration remains a separate funnel event. These events use only fixed source categories and yes/no plan or invitation context; names, email addresses, passwords, entered values, and redirect URLs are not sent. Query strings and URL fragments are removed from analytics and replay metadata.

2026-08-16 - Reliable guided tours

  • Filing Guide controls now wait for the selected task phase to become ready before opening the walkthrough, so selecting a Guide no longer appears to do nothing while phase-specific controls are still loading.

2026-08-16 - Filing tools stay within reach

  • A compact activity rail now keeps the filing assistant and validation findings visible beside the reporting grid. Preparers can open either tool without scrolling back to the top of the form; on smaller screens, the rail becomes a compact toolbar.
  • The filing assistant now adapts its header and actions to the available panel width, preventing long translated labels from overlapping or being clipped.

2026-08-16 - Help search closes after navigation

  • Selecting a Help search result now clears the search and closes its result list as the requested article opens.

2026-08-16 - Clearer permanent-deletion confirmation

  • Administrators no longer need to copy an internal filing ID to confirm a permanent deletion. The control now requires a clear acknowledgement that deletion cannot be undone and a specific deletion reason before it becomes available.

2026-08-16 - More reporting rows on screen

  • Reporting tables now use condensed spacing by default so more rows and columns remain visible on a regular screen. Users who prefer the roomier layout can switch off Condensed in the view options; their choice remains saved in that browser.

2026-08-16 - Spreadsheet-first filing entry

  • Prepare now opens with the reporting grid before health summaries and filing utilities, so preparers can begin data entry without scrolling past supporting panels. Health, guidance, applicability, imports, and reference-data tools remain available in collapsed sections below the grid.
  • Fixed and repeating tables now share spreadsheet selection and keyboard behavior. Preparers can select rectangular ranges, copy multiple cells, fill a range from one pasted value, preview rectangular pastes, and clear editable cells. Screen-local Undo and Redo controls and standard keyboard shortcuts now reverse and reapply manual edits, dropdown changes, prior-period reuse, pastes, and range clears. Protected and calculated cells are never changed by a range action, and the temporary edit history resets when the reporting screen, template, or context changes.
  • Next missing and Next issue now inspect the complete repeating table, including rows outside the visible scrolling window.

2026-08-16 - Complete language names

  • Language selectors now use each language's native name when a browser cannot provide a localized name. Maltese and Irish therefore appear as Malti and Gaeilge instead of the raw mt and ga codes.

2026-08-16 - Guided currency evidence

  • Preparers now add Article 2 conversion evidence, currency-origin declarations, and S.16.01 original-currency amounts through labelled form controls. Internal JSON fields and code-style category names are no longer required.
  • Empty sections say that no records have been added instead of displaying an empty JSON array. Existing evidence remains editable, and the system still records the confirming person and time when the section is saved.
  • Slovak, Czech, Hungarian, German, Polish, Spanish, European Portuguese, French, Italian, Romanian, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Greek, Maltese, Bulgarian, Croatian, Slovenian, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian Bokmål, Icelandic, and Irish users now see the complete guided currency workflow in natural local terminology. The workflow is therefore complete in every selectable interface language.

2026-08-16 - Filing Health

  • The filing portfolio and filing workspace now separate preparation progress from readiness. Five clearly explained areas cover data, validation, evidence, review, and export readiness.
  • A high preparation percentage cannot hide a blocker. Missing assessments are shown explicitly and keep the filing from showing Ready without being counted as zero.
  • Validation findings are grouped by reporting table, with the responsible role and a direct next action. Submission, receipt, and authority acceptance remain separate from Filing Health.
  • Portfolio rows now keep Filing Health compact: five small indicators, the blocker total, and only the highest-priority next action. Filing workspaces show three named blockers and summarize the remainder by health area instead of expanding into an unbounded list.

2026-08-16 - Account verification and recovery

  • New accounts are signed in when users confirm their email and continue to the workspace or invitation they originally opened. Expired verification links and incorrect credentials now provide a clear recovery path.

2026-08-16 - Safer filing values and public LEI evidence

  • Reviewer activity now uses a stable UTC timestamp, so the server-rendered review history no longer changes during browser hydration.
  • Validation now applies target-cell rules only when the target template is in the filing scope, and named EIOPA ISO date, country, language, and currency constraints are evaluated as real format rules. Unrelated entry-point rules no longer create false submission blockers.
  • Invalid numeric and open-table values are rejected before they can replace a saved filing fact. A failed save keeps the entered value available for correction without treating it as persisted.
  • Preparers with table-level restrictions now receive a clear denial when an import targets a restricted table; the rejected import does not change the filing.
  • GLEIF enrichment accepts the current public API jurisdiction field and retains evidence from approved official GLEIF API and bulk-data origins. Suggestions still require a user decision before changing filing values.

2026-08-16 - Editable filing tables and reliable Excel templates

  • Preparers can manage the filing's complete table inventory above the reporting grid. Marking a table required adds it to the working set and the next generated Excel template; marking it not applicable removes it while preserving any draft values in case the decision is reversed.
  • Generated Excel templates now use compatible repeating-table metadata to avoid the reported repair prompt. Dropdown rules cover each repeating input column once, and an unused repeating table opens with 25 ready-to-use blank rows. The instruction sheet now identifies the filing's EIOPA module alongside its entity, reporting period, and taxonomy.
  • Organization administrators can start permanent filing deletion directly from the filing portfolio. Exact filing-ID confirmation, a deletion reason, and the existing retention safeguards remain required.

2026-08-15 - Task-focused Help

  • Help now starts with common filing goals and groups guidance by what you need to accomplish. Search gives goal and outcome matches priority over detailed reference text.
  • Documented filing workflows now link to the relevant guidance in the active interface language without replacing or closing work in progress.
  • The Excel-import article includes an English, AI-narrated tutorial with captions and a complete transcript. Other interface languages continue to show the clearly labelled authoritative English Help fallback until their draft article and tutorial translations receive qualified review.
  • Signed-in users can leave value-safe article feedback. Platform administrators review it separately from assistant feedback.

2026-08-15 - Calendar product versions

  • Product releases now use YYYY.MONTH.RELEASE versions, starting with 2026.8.0. Regulatory taxonomy versions remain separate.
  • The Help header now shows the current product release version.

2026-08-13 - Task-focused workspaces

  • Filing work is separated into Prepare, Validate, Review, and Export phases. Each role opens in the phase most relevant to its work.
  • The filing portfolio prioritizes work needing attention and uses compact filing cards on narrow screens. Navigation and filing pages now fit mobile screens without horizontal page scrolling.
  • Recovery-plan drafts preserve unsaved fields when switching sections and show saved progress, the next incomplete section, and the last-save time.
  • Reviewers can see prior-period changes and evidence in the Review phase. Filing utilities and organization settings are grouped separately from filing work.

2026-08-12 - National Solvency II Review readiness

  • The coverage catalog now separates national legal implementation from taxonomy, validation, export, package, transport, signing, submission, receipt, and authority acceptance.
  • EU records distinguish officially notified measures from unobserved or unlisted evidence. Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway show EEA incorporation and national implementation separately.
  • Preparers may confirm a preparation-only boundary when creating a 2.10.0 filing with incomplete national evidence. This does not unblock export, authority packaging, or submission.

2026-08-12 - Controlled-pilot IRRD recovery planning

  • Enabled organizations can prepare solo and group recovery plans against the EU baseline, record proportionality, and retain group, FX, elimination, and source lineage. SolvencyBridge does not make eligibility claims.
  • Versioned scenarios and explicitly confirmed management actions produce baseline, pre-action, and post-action results. Missing feasibility evidence, invalid dependencies, unavailable effects, or stale scope data block approval.
  • Warning and breach events require a commented acknowledgement and resolution; a later normal result does not close an earlier event automatically.
  • Disabled organizations do not see IRRD navigation or receive IRRD notifications, while existing approved evidence remains preserved.

2026-08-12 - Visual import mappings

  • A new workspace supports reviewable CSV, Excel, and ODS mapping pipelines with filters, reshape rules, destination fields, reporting context, and controls.
  • Calculated outputs support decimal arithmetic with source columns and basic operators. They never run spreadsheet formulas, macros, functions, names, or arbitrary code.
  • Mapping revisions can be tested, reviewed, and activated without changing filing values during design or review.

2026-08-11 - Recovery-plan review controls

  • IRRD drafts retain undertaking, governance, and communication narratives plus an ORSA or liquidity-plan reference.
  • Submission for review is blocked until the required plan sections and current calculation are complete. Approved plans remain locked.

2026-08-11 - Solvency II Review 2027 transition

  • YE 2026 remains on EIOPA 2.8.2-hotfix package revision 3. Directive (EU) 2025/2 applies from 30 January 2027, and Q1 2027 reporting uses EIOPA 2.10.0.
  • Coverage information links to the official EUR-Lex source and does not claim Member State transposition, compliance, regulator approval, or current applicability of the 2027 framework.

2026-08-11 - Safer repeat-period imports and readiness evidence

  • Workbook recognition can distinguish safe layout changes from changes in meaning. Moved sheets or columns may be recognized, while structural or semantic changes still require review.
  • Mapping proposals identify changed destinations, controls, identities, and transformations. No proposal applies without explicit approval.
  • Submission readiness follows each authority profile. Slovakia NBS and Czech CNB require signing evidence in addition to taxonomy, validation, native export, and package evidence.
  • Coverage rows disclose when representative filing evidence is missing or stale instead of presenting a baseline listing as proof.

2026-08-10 - Governed IRRD calculations and approval

  • Insurer teams can create EU-baseline recovery plans, enter source facts, configure warning and breach thresholds, and calculate indicators across capital, liquidity, asset quality, profitability, market, macroeconomic, and operational families.
  • Results retain their formula, source facts, scenario changes, management actions, regulatory release, and calculation evidence. Missing, stale, conflicting, unconfigured, or unsupported inputs block approval.
  • Preparers submit an exact plan revision for independent review. Reviewers can return it with a required comment or approve and lock it.
  • Review-ready facts must come from an approved filing snapshot. Recovery-plan exports do not claim authority submission or acceptance.

2026-08-10 - Taxonomy migration review

  • Reviewers and administrators can create a successor filing on a newer installed release from the same taxonomy family.
  • The successor shows migration progress, changed, retired, and new forms, unresolved mappings and evidence, target validation, and review state.
  • Values and lineage carry forward only when reporting-cell meaning remains compatible. Changed or retired facts become explicit review items.
  • The source filing remains unchanged, target validation runs again, and human migration approval remains mandatory.

2026-08-10 - Imported-value lineage

  • Reviewers can expand an imported value to inspect its current validation state, related audit events, and available export evidence. These references do not imply authority acceptance.

2026-08-10 - Capability-specific coverage

  • Ready for submission means taxonomy, validation, native export, and package evidence are verified. Receipt and authority acceptance remain separate post-submission capabilities.
  • Coverage shows the blocker and evidence date for taxonomy, validation, export, package, transport, signing, submission, receipt, and authority acceptance separately.
  • Export success does not imply portal submission, receipt, or authority acceptance.

2026-08-10 - Account and import safeguards

  • Generated Excel workbooks include forms marked as reported in S.01.01 even when a stale applicability decision would otherwise omit them. The disagreement remains visible for resolution.
  • New accounts must verify their email address before signing in. Platform administrator access additionally requires an approved identity.
  • Bundle and bank-statement API failures no longer expose internal exception or storage details.

2026-08-09 - Create and validate drafts through the API

  • Sign-in, registration, service-account, and rejected-import feedback remains in the selected interface language.
  • Entity-scoped service accounts can discover permitted reporting entities and create configured draft filings. They cannot approve, lock, export, submit, or apply filing values.
  • Partners can upload up to 100,000 string or boolean facts in one payload and review import, preflight, and validation findings before a product user confirms changes.
  • API rate limits apply consistently per account and scope. Retry responses state when another request may be attempted.

2026-08-07 - Clear feedback while actions complete

  • Guided tours cover filing preparation, review, validation, readiness, export, portfolio setup, billing, and administration. Unavailable or unauthorized controls are skipped.
  • Actions show progress while work completes. If an action fails, entered data remains available for another attempt, and navigation shows progress while the destination opens.

2026-08-04 - Imports, data entry, and language support

  • Organization administrators can create expiring ingestion service accounts, view a credential once, and rotate or revoke it. Imported data remains a reviewable preview until an authorized user confirms it.
  • Import previews show early data-quality checks separately from blocking validation, including duplicate rows, incomplete row groups, control totals, and configured prior-period movements.
  • Editable filings can retrieve LEI and ISIN reference data for review. Source problems, ambiguity, conflicts, or stale evidence never change filing values automatically.
  • Language selectors display language names instead of two-letter codes. Validation findings, corrections, imports, comparisons, enrichment, and export-readiness guidance follow the active language across all 13 selectable locales while regulatory evidence remains exact.
  • EIOPA findings explain technical expressions as concrete cell relationships or format requirements. The original authority diagnostic remains available as evidence.
  • Data entry shows completion and autosave status, supports next-missing and next-issue navigation, accepts localized decimal separators, and previews pasted spreadsheet ranges before changing cells.
  • Reporting forms provide named checkpoints, version comparison, and validation-aware restore previews. Restoring an earlier state creates a new revision instead of rewriting history.

2026-08-03 - Validation and national coverage clarity

  • Validation messages explain the problem and suggest a next action beside the affected field. Exact authority diagnostics remain available for audit work.
  • Filing screens use consistent interface language across all 13 selectable languages while technical identifiers and regulatory evidence remain exact.
  • National taxonomy completion now follows the latest officially published and applicable requirements. Unpublished successor material is shown separately and does not inherit support claims from the common EIOPA taxonomy.
  • National terminology coverage improved for Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Malta, Slovenia, and Sweden. Check the coverage catalog for the supported release and remaining national package or export limitations.
  • NBS-SK coverage distinguishes supported national rules and forms from the still-partial native IS-SZP transport contract. Authenticated unit bindings, live submission, and authority acceptance are not implied.
  • Slovak working-day coverage now includes 2028. Later years remain blocked until source-backed calendars are available.
  • Excel imports handle empty worksheets, and generated templates use meaningful worksheet names and readable dropdown labels while preserving regulatory codes.

2026-08-01 - A calmer filing workspace

  • The reporting table now comes first, so work can begin without moving past secondary panels.
  • Validation findings open on demand and link directly to the affected field.
  • Filing status is clearer while validation is running.

2026-07-31 - More dependable day-to-day work

  • Imports wait for the refreshed filing before reporting completion.
  • Stale edits are explained as version conflicts instead of generic failures.
  • Filing guidance, contrast, keyboard behavior, and walkthrough accessibility were improved.

2026-07-30 - Plans and guided onboarding

  • Core supports up to five users and two reporting entities; Group supports up to fifteen users and five reporting entities.
  • Private Cloud is sized to the organization and includes a separately agreed deployment and support setup.
  • Core and Group can be billed monthly or annually. Private Cloud uses an annual contract.
  • Guided tours are available for the filing portfolio and filing workspace in every supported interface language.

2026-07-29 - Preparation, review, and onboarding

  • Teams can invite colleagues, reset passwords, remove access, and manage preparer, reviewer, administrator, and read-only roles.
  • Excel, CSV, ODS, EIOPA XBRL, and supported national XBRL can be previewed before changes are applied. Reusable mappings and source lineage support repeatable review.
  • Filing-specific Excel templates, validation findings, comments, approvals, exception handling, reviewer packs, and prior-period comparisons support work from preparation through sign-off.
  • EIOPA and GLEIF reference data can help check reporting entities and enrich asset identifiers without silently replacing filing values.
  • Backup, restore, organization exit, attachment scanning, and public-data controls are available for customer operations.

2026-07-25 - Public help centre

  • Task-based guidance covers administration, preparation, review, validation, export, recovery, and support.
  • Guidance distinguishes creating an export, submitting it, receiving a receipt, and obtaining authority acceptance.
  • Help includes browser-based search, related tasks, breadcrumbs, and step-by-step navigation.
