Troubleshooting and support
Report a problem, question, or product need
Send useful customer feedback without exposing filing values, credentials, or unsupported regulatory conclusions.
Who can perform the task
Any signed-in user may report a problem or product need through the private Feedback control. Your administrator should identify the business deadline and customer owner when the issue affects a filing.
Before you begin
Record the product release, time and timezone, jurisdiction, filing stage, your role, expected result, actual result and business deadline. Do not include filing values or credentials.
Quick path
- Remove filing values, credentials, passphrases, and other unnecessary sensitive data.
- Open Feedback from the workspace header or View menu.
- Choose whether something is not working, a feature is missing, or you want to send other feedback.
- Describe the expected result, actual result, and safe reproduction steps.
- Review the automatically captured screenshot. Remove it, replace it by dropping or choosing a PNG, JPEG, or WebP image, or confirm that it is safe to include. Images must be no larger than 4 MB.
- Submit once and retain the acknowledgement. The report is delivered to the SolvencyBridge product mailbox.
Detailed guidance
- Choose the closest outcome: blocked supported workflow, missing product capability, regulatory question, incorrect or stale source, operational support, or optional improvement.
- Reproduce once only when doing so cannot duplicate a submission, change evidence or expose another organization.
- The feedback form records your account email, the current product version, interface language, and page path. It also attempts to capture the visible workspace. The image is shown locally first and is not sent unless you explicitly confirm it. Remove or replace any image containing filing values, names, identifiers, credentials, or unrelated personal data. Follow Export diagnostics and contact support safely before sending broader diagnostic evidence.
- Submit through Feedback when it is available. Use the support channel in your accepted order for an urgent filing blocker or when the in-app control is unavailable. Ask for a safe correlation reference, owner and next update time.
- For a regulatory question, name your qualified customer or adviser contact. SolvencyBridge support can explain product behavior but cannot provide regulatory, legal, actuarial or accounting advice.
Expected result
Support acknowledges the report under the published response target and separates immediate safe progress from any later product or roadmap decision. A feature request is recorded without promising a delivery date.
Data consequences
The report is delivered through SolvencyBridge's configured email service to the product mailbox and becomes a support record under the agreed retention policy. It contains the signed-in account email, report, current page path, interface language, and product version. When explicitly confirmed, it also contains the reviewed screenshot as an email attachment. Use synthetic examples whenever they can reproduce the issue.
Product limitations
Urgency does not prove a regulatory interpretation, authority acceptance, security impact, root cause, or delivery commitment. Support may ask the customer to stop a high-risk action while evidence is assessed.
