Scope your next filing

Prepare a filing-scope request without entering filing data into the service.

Version 2026.8.1Administrator · Preparer · Reviewer · Read onlyReviewed 2026-08-24

Use the public filing-scope page when you want to discuss the next real reporting cycle before creating an organization. The questionnaire asks for the minimum context needed to understand the current process, deadline, and outcome you want to improve:

  • work email and organization;
  • country or reporting authority;
  • number of reporting entities;
  • current source tools and file formats;
  • next filing deadline; and
  • where the current reporting process slows down and what a better close would look like.

The page does not send the form to SolvencyBridge or store it in the service. Selecting Prepare filing-scope request opens a prepared message in your email application. SolvencyBridge does not send the request. Review the recipients and contents before sending. Your email provider and the recipient will process the message under their own retention and security controls.

Do not include filing values, credentials, personal data, confidential attachments, or production evidence in the first request. Agree an approved exchange route before sharing customer material.

Scope a multi-entity pilot

SolvencyBridge can keep several reporting entities and their filing cycles in one organization while preserving separate filing data, workflow state, deadlines, access, and exports. Review the multi-entity reporting workflow before selecting the smallest representative scope for an evaluation. The selected commercial plan limits the number of reporting entities.

For a useful pilot, name the smallest representative set of entities, periods, templates, import formats, roles, validation evidence, and export outputs. A pilot covers only supported product workflows. It is not an authority submission, receipt, acceptance test, or regulatory approval.
